How to use a statistical process control for molding process
My guess would be, using any part of the process related to length of time to mold ,as it relates to the quality of the product, if that makes sense.

The example at 8:16 the production planning on the second table is not aligned with the first one. It seems reflecting the customer orders but not the the scheduled production
Thanks. That was the intent with this video; to reflect customer orders only. The MPS can look very different based on the organization and the products involved. Good call out though.
